We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Spa Therapist to join our team at The Retreat Elcot Park in West Berkshire. Our spa facility has undergone extensive refurbishment, offering individually bespoke designed bedrooms, two new restaurant concepts, and a state-of-the-art spa facility with membership options.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide professional spa treatments in accordance with protocol and industry standards.
  • Be flexible with your schedule to support the needs of the spa.
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge and understanding of all spa services and products.
  • Uphold the highest standards of sanitation and hygiene in the spa.
  • Communicate effectively with management and colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Actively promote the spa and its services to guests.
  • Handle guest inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
