Our spa has undergone extensive refurbishment, offering individually bespoke designed bedrooms, two new restaurant concepts, and a state-of-the-art spa facility with membership opportunities.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Providing consistent professional treatments in accordance with protocol and accepted certification practices.
• Being flexible with your schedule to support the needs of the Spa.
• Caring for equipment and using proper amounts of product to assist with cost controls.
• Having complete knowledge and understanding of all services and products offered.
• Upholding the standards of sanitation as directed by law and the Spa's policies and procedures.
• Performing preparation work, properly cleaning and restocking rooms as required.
• Communicating with management any and all occurrences involving staff or guests in the Spa that require attention.
• Actively promoting the Spa, treatments, services, and retail, as well as programs, promotions, and discounts available.
• Handling guests' questions and concerns professionally and courteously.
• Providing accurate, appropriate, and immediate responses to all requests by guests.
• Maintaining a positive attitude and contributing toward a quality work environment.
• Regularly attending, participating in, and supporting training and staff meetings for the Spa.
• Ensuring all Hygiene, Health, and Safety procedures and legislation are adhered to along with all other legal requirements of the business.
