Job Title: Compliance and Governance Manager

Blue Octopus Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Compliance and Governance Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing advice and support to our Executive Team and Boards and Committees on governance, regulatory, and legal compliance matters.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert guidance on company constitutions and group governance arrangements
  • Develop and implement effective data protection strategies and policies
  • Lead a small team responsible for governance, regulatory, and legal compliance, data protection, insurance, and risk management
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of company constitutions and group governance arrangements
  • Working knowledge of data protection legislation and good practice
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills at all levels
