Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Key Holder to join our team at Yours Clothing. As a Key Holder, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of store standards, and supporting the store management team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers.
  • Assist with opening and closing the store, including cash handling and stock replenishment.
  • Support the store management team with daily tasks, including cleaning and housekeeping.
  • Operate the till and handle financial transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Replenish stock and maintain a high level of store standards, including visual merchandising and display.
  • Assist with deliveries and stock handling, ensuring timely and accurate receipt of stock.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and display, ensuring a high level of store standards.
  • Contribute to the achievement of sales targets, through effective sales and customer service techniques.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, ensuring accurate and efficient sales and customer service.

Requirements

  • A warm, friendly, and engaging personality, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly motivated and enthusiastic, with a desire to succeed and achieve sales targets.
  • Ability to work well within a team, using own initiative and contributing to the achievement of sales targets.
  • Ability to adapt to frequent change and a high-pressure environment, with a flexible approach to working hours.
  • Experience in a customer service role, with face-to-face customer contact, is highly desirable.
  • Experience in a retail environment, with a quality brand, is desirable but not essential.
