About the Role

We are currently recruiting for a fantastic organisation to support in their mission to promote independence and happiness. As a Support Practitioner, you will work directly with adults supporting them with all aspects of their life, including developing life skills such as communication, social skills, and encouraging independence.

Main Responsibilities

  • Work with colleagues as part of an effective and efficient team to support vulnerable people
  • Communicate and work well with our supported people to provide individual care and maintain appropriate relationships

What We Offer

  • Competitive pay rates of £12 - £16 per hour
