Apprentice Early Years Practitioner

Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Years Educator to join our team. As an Early Years Educator, you will be responsible for providing a nurturing and stimulating environment for children in their early developmental years. Your role will involve planning and implementing age-appropriate activities, ensuring the safety and well-being of the children, and fostering their social, emotional, and cognitive growth. Duties: - Plan and deliver engaging and educational activities for children aged [insert age range] - Create a safe and inclusive environment that promotes learning and development - Observe and assess children's progress, identifying areas for improvement - Collaborate with parents and guardians to ensure open communication and involvement in their child's education - Maintain accurate records of each child's development and progress - Implement behavior management strategies to promote positive behavior - Foster a positive and supportive learning environment - Collaborate with other educators to plan and coordinate activities - Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the learning space Experience: - Previous experience working in early childhood education or childcare settings - Familiarity with early childhood development principles and practices - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues - Ability to lead a classroom setting and manage a group of children - Proficiency in English language (additional language skills are a plus) - Valid driver's license (if required) We offer competitive compensation based on qualifications and experience.
