Our role involves:
- Providing support to adults with a wide range of needs, either one-to-one or as part of a team.
- Supporting individuals in the community and engaging with their hobbies and interests.
- Attending community groups and accompanying service users to activities they enjoy.
- Assisting with personal care and ensuring their comfort and wellbeing.
- Celebrating achievements and milestones to create a positive environment.
