About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Transformation Specialist to join our team at Amtis Professional Ltd. As a key member of our Human Capital Management (HCM) transformation programme, you will play a crucial role in driving business change and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of existing payroll processes to identify areas for improvement and develop recommendations for process enhancements.
  • Requirement Gathering: Lead workshops to gather and document business and technical requirements for payroll-related projects.
  • Business Change Management: Develop and implement business change plans to ensure seamless integration of new processes and systems.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product owners, consultants, and stakeholders, to ensure effective communication and alignment.
  • Testing and Implementation: Participate in testing and implementation of new payroll systems and processes to ensure requirements are met.
Requirements
  • Proven Experience: 5+ years of experience in business change management, process improvement, or a related field.
  • Payroll Expertise: Strong understanding of payroll systems and processes, particularly within the hospitality or retail sectors.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to simplify complex challenges.
  • Communication and Influencing Skills: Strong communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
