Technical Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Technical Administrator to join our Internal Project Delivery team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our projects across all aspects of safety, quality, time, and cost.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain project delivery plans, ensuring that the project workspace is up-to-date and maintained according to our procedures.
- Collate specifications, plans, drawings, schedules, and briefs, ensuring that construction teams and sub-contractors have all the necessary information to complete their duties according to set deadlines.
- Author operations and maintenance documentation.
- Coordinate 'as-constructed' information and transfer records into our corporate information systems.
- Assist the Quantity Surveyor and Project Manager with the administration of purchase orders, hired items, and coordinating construction resources.
- Publish agendas and take minutes for key meetings in the engineering process, such as design safety reviews and contractor progress updates.
- Manage equipment inventories, arrange scheduled testing of kits, and archive certificates.
- At least five GCSEs at pass grade or above, including maths, English, and at least one technical subject.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 applications.
- Ideal previous experience with collaborative software, such as Autodesk Construction Cloud or BIM360.
- Strong time management and personal organization skills.
- Comfortable communicating with internal and external stakeholders at various levels.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently and as part of a group.
- Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
