About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Shift Manager to lead our Electrical Function within our Skegness resort. As a key member of our Resorts Management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient running of our Electrical Function, delivering exceptional service to our guests, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of electrical professionals to deliver exceptional service and maintain the highest standards of quality and safety.
  • Manage project works with both team and subcontractors, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget.
  • Plan and operate the rota system, including on-call systems, and be available for call-outs as required.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of electrical equipment, including routine maintenance, servicing, and repairs.
  • Develop and implement training programs to ensure team members have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of electrical services and maintain strong relationships with external service providers.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety policies and procedures, and maintain a safe working environment for all team members.
About You

We are looking for an experienced electrical leader who can inspire and motivate their team to deliver exceptional results. You will have a strong background in electrical operations, excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

You will be confident in your ability to lead and manage a team, prioritize tasks, and make decisions in a timely and effective manner. You will also have a strong understanding of electrical systems, including fault-finding and installation works, and be able to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
