About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Shift Manager to lead our Electrical Function within our Skegness resort. As a key member of our Resorts Management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient running of our Electrical Function, delivering exceptional service to our guests, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

As a leader, you will be responsible for managing a team to deliver outstanding results, driving add-on sales and promotions, and ensuring all stock and propositions are available for our guests. You will also be responsible for monitoring the consistent delivery of a quality guest experience, capturing guest feedback, and taking action to address any issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the team during a shift, ensuring key tasks and objectives are met
  • Drive add-on sales and promotions, and support the team to do the same
  • Ensure all stock and propositions are available for guests
  • Monitor the consistent delivery of a quality guest experience, in line with brand and venue guidelines
  • Capture and address guest feedback
  • Provide accurate rota's 3 weeks in advance through SAM for all team members within the venue
  • Monitor NPS and take action where possible on guest feedback
  • Coach and develop the team to ensure departmental plans are met
  • Be a champion of the Butlin's Values and Leadership Behaviours
  • Ensure a focus on RPRRT in the way we rota team
  • Build and maintain strong relationships across the resort, other resorts, and Butlins central support teams
  • Responsibility for people support of the department, including all people tasks from onboarding through the employee life cycle
About You

We are looking for an experienced electrical leader who can support the team to deliver fantastic service, putting the guests first in everything they do. You will have experience in training and coaching the team in a fun-filled environment to deliver an excellent experience. You should have previous experience in leading teams, with an ability to prioritise a demanding workload, work on your own initiative, and a sound understanding of how to operate a PC/Microsoft suite.

You should be confident to direct and respond in any situation, while delivering consistent brand standards. The ability to lead, motivate, and engage your team, even at periods of high demand, is important, as well as being able to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly to changing requirements.

You will need to have an 18th Edition electrical qualification, as well as a HVK license. If you are a motivated and experienced electrical leader who is passionate about delivering exceptional service, we would love to hear from you.
