Culinary Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Cook to join our Bank Catering Team at Chestnut Tree House. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking nutritional meals for children and young people with life-limiting conditions.
Your duties will include:
- Preparing and cooking meals to planned menus, taking into account individual needs and dietary requirements
- Assisting with food preparation, cooking, and presentation
- Maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to food hygiene standards
- Assisting with food storage, ordering, and inventory management
- Providing excellent customer service to our patients and their families
You will need to have a flexible and team-oriented approach, with a passion for delivering high-quality food and excellent customer service. A Food Hygiene Level 2 qualification and/or previous experience in a care environment would be an advantage.
Due to the remote location, access to your own transport is essential.
