About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Support Worker to join our team at Bright Futures Care Ltd. As a Residential Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our young people with autism and learning disabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional care and support to our young people, promoting their physical, emotional, and social well-being.
  • Maintain a warm and welcoming environment, ensuring our young people feel safe and valued.
  • Support our young people in their daily routines, including education and community activities, as outlined in their care plans.
Requirements

We are looking for an individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional care and support. While experience as a carer is desirable, full training and induction are provided. A driver's license is an advantage but not essential.

We are seeking someone who is approachable, friendly, proactive, and engaging, with a commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of our young people.
