Residential Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Bright Futures Care Ltd. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our young people with autism and learning disabilities.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional care and support to our young people, promoting their physical, emotional, and social well-being.
- Maintain a warm and welcoming environment, ensuring our young people feel safe and valued.
- Support our young people in their daily routines, including accessing education and community activities as outlined in their care plans.
We are looking for an individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional care and support. While experience as a carer is desirable, full training and induction are provided. A driver's license is an advantage but not essential.
We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people. The successful applicant will be required to undergo an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service check and provide satisfactory references.
What We Offer- A competitive salary of £29,719 per annum, including a sleep-in shift allowance.
