Your Role:

  • Strategic Oversight: Guide the project from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with contractual obligations, internal standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of construction professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment. Oversee resource allocation and ensure seamless project workflow.
  • Construction Expertise: Leverage your in-depth understanding of construction methodologies to optimize project execution, identify cost-saving opportunities, and mitigate potential risks.
  • Financial Acumen: Monitor project budgets, track expenditures, and analyze financial performance. Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate reporting and profitability.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication channels with clients, internal stakeholders, and regulatory bodies. Provide regular updates on project progress and address any concerns promptly.

Your Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of success leading large-scale construction projects, particularly in the data center sector.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools.
