As a Level 3 Information Communication Technician Apprentice at Jet2, you'll embark on a rewarding journey in our IT Services department. You'll gain hands-on experience in our Servicedesk, Application Support, IT Admin, and Operations teams, setting you up for success in a dynamic IT environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide 1st and 2nd line support to users across the UK and Europe, analyzing and prioritizing issues in our IT Support Desk System.
  • Troubleshoot application faults by querying databases, checking log files, and repeating issues.
  • Take ownership of faults, manage them logically, and communicate progress to users in a timely manner.
  • Create and manage user accounts, mailboxes, and permissions, as well as install and configure software and hardware.
  • Contribute to new software rollouts, hardware refreshes, and network equipment upgrades.
What We're Looking For:
  • A passion for IT and a desire to develop a career in this field.
  • GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent) at grade A-C (9-4).
  • Excellent IT skills, preferably at GCSE level (or equivalent) or above.
  • A commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
