Job Title: Apprentice Gas Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Apprentice Gas Engineer to join our team at Example Recruitment Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and repair solutions to our clients in the private sector.

Job Summary:

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to work as an Apprentice Gas Engineer. You will be responsible for performing annual service visits, landlord gas safety records, and central heating repairs. Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in heating engineering, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality work.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform annual service visits and landlord gas safety records
  • Carry out central heating repairs and maintenance
  • Work closely with our planning team to ensure efficient job allocation and scheduling
  • Utilize our Exsol computer diagnosis system to diagnose system and boiler faults
  • Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards and in accordance with industry regulations
Requirements:
  • 2 years of qualified experience as a heating engineer
  • ACS Qualifications including CKR1 (Gas Cookers) & HTR1 (Gas Fires)
  • Panel Van (plain or sign written)
  • Gas Safe Registration
  • Calibrated Flue Gas Analyser
  • £2m Public Liability Insurance
  • No unspent criminal convictions
