Key Responsibilities of the Employee Relations Manager:

  • Actively participate as a key member of the HR team, fostering strong relationships with various stakeholders.
  • Oversee a diverse range of cases, effectively scheduling and prioritizing tasks according to the specific needs and timelines of each situation.
  • Deliver in-person support to management or serve as the HR representative on intricate personnel matters, including hearings and appeals across multiple locations.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Demonstrated experience in managing a variety of complex HR cases.
  • Thorough and current understanding of UK employment legislation and its implications for employers.
  • Exceptional communication skills, capable of engaging with individuals at all levels, maintaining a clear and collaborative approach, especially during challenging times.
  • Proven ability to build effective partnerships with a range of stakeholders.
  • CIPD qualification (Level 7) is preferred.
  • Experience in applying a practical and commercial mindset to address HR-related challenges.
  • Flexibility to adapt in an agile environment to meet deadlines and respond constructively to feedback.
  • Proven track record in developing capabilities within a coaching framework.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Possession of a full UK driving license (for field-based responsibilities).

Compensation package includes a salary of up to approximately £36,000 plus benefits.
