Job Title: Physiotherapy Team Lead

Job Summary:

Cromwell Hospital is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Physiotherapy Team Lead to join our Therapy Department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing clinical leadership and operational management to our Physiotherapy services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical leadership and operational management to the Physiotherapy teams, ensuring delivery of high-quality services and maintaining the highest professional and clinical standards.
  • Assist the Therapy Manager in the operational management and leadership of the Therapy Department, including the delivery of business and financial targets for service plans in line with the strategic objectives of the Hospital.
  • Ensure effective communication between Therapy Manager and Senior Management levels and Therapy staff to promote outstanding staff engagement and satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities for service improvements and implement changes to promote services and new referrals.
  • Ensure high visibility in clinical and non-clinical areas, employing professional behaviors to enable, encourage, and inspire others to support Bupa's vision, mission statement, and values.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Physiotherapy
  • HCPC Registration
  • Enhanced DBS clearance
  • Postgraduate training/qualification
  • Registration with CSP (optional)
  • Leadership qualification (optional)
