We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our team as a Physiotherapy Clinic Lead. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our clinics, ensuring the smooth delivery of patient services and maintaining high standards of customer service.

The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills, excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care. They will be responsible for managing electronic diaries, producing clinical letters, and ensuring clinicians are up to date with patient administration.

The role will also involve financial management, including raising invoices, submitting payments, and reconciling remittance advices. Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the timely procurement of physiotherapy and shop supplies, as well as maintaining high standards of quality assurance.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing electronic diaries and appointment scheduling

  • Maintaining high standards of quality assurance
