As a Client Relations Specialist at Principality Building Society, you will join a friendly team dedicated to delivering exceptional service to our clients.

The key responsibilities of a Client Relations Specialist include:

Delivering a high-quality, customer-centric service Cultivating and maintaining relationships with various departments to enhance performance Processing client transactions according to their needs and within established service levels Managing both incoming and outgoing calls while adhering to quality standards to provide an excellent service Ensuring fair treatment of clients in all aspects of the role Collaborating closely with our Customer Service teams and key stakeholders to enhance the client journey Paying meticulous attention to detail

Ideal qualifications for this role include:

A motivated, customer-focused individual with a proven track record in a customer service environment. Strong numeracy and literacy skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Outlook, and Excel.
