We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Radiation Protection Specialist to join our team at University College London Hospitals. As a key member of our Radiation Physics team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe use of radiation in our healthcare and research environments.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide expert advice on radiation protection and safety protocols to our clinical teams and researchers.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with radiation safety regulations and guidelines.
- Develop and implement training programs for staff on radiation safety and protection.
- Collaborate with our Nuclear Medicine and Radiotherapy teams to ensure seamless integration of radiation services.
- Work closely with our external partners and clients to provide radiation protection services and support.
