Key Responsibilities of the Marina Operations Supervisor:
- Support the Marina Manager in overseeing the operations of the site efficiently and safely, aligning with the company's core values.
- Ensure that the highest standards of customer service and facilities are not only upheld but also enhanced as per company requirements.
- Fulfill the responsibilities of 'Duty Manager' on a scheduled rotation.
- Encourage and optimize the use of marina facilities, driving profitability across all revenue streams.
- Facilitate staff development and communicate any business updates effectively.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- A demonstrated history of leading, coaching, and mentoring a team.
- Proficient in delegating tasks appropriately and communicating effectively with various stakeholders.
- Experience in Environmental and Health & Safety management is advantageous.
While prior experience in a similar capacity is beneficial, we are committed to providing training where necessary to support your professional growth.
This role requires flexibility in working hours, including weekends and public holidays, as part of a shift schedule.
The Marina Operations Supervisor will also be part of an 'on-call' rota for emergencies, necessitating the ability to respond promptly during duty weeks.
A valid UK driving license is mandatory.
