Boatyard Operative Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Boatyard Operative to join our team at Premier Marinas. As a key member of our marina operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our boatyard and marina facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our customers and visitors
  • Assist with marina and boatyard operations, including maintenance and repairs
  • Work collaboratively with our team to achieve our goals and objectives
  • Contribute to a safe and healthy working environment
Requirements:
  • Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of our customers and team
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • A full UK driving licence
