Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Sales Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging with customer enquiries, producing quotations, and ensuring a high standard of customer service is maintained.

Main Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers to understand their pumping needs and provide solutions
  • Produce detailed quotations and follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure a high standard of customer service is maintained
  • Assist with stock control and inventory management

Requirements

  • Experience working in a mechanical or electrical engineering environment
  • Knowledge of pumps and associated systems, including flow calculations and head loss
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
