Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Sales Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging with customer enquiries, producing quotations, and ensuring a high standard of customer service is maintained.
Main Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their pumping needs and provide solutions
- Produce accurate quotations and follow up with customers
- Assist with stock control and ensure efficient inventory management
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets
Requirements
- Experience working in a mechanical or electrical engineering environment
- Knowledge of pumps and associated systems, including flow calculations and head loss
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
What We Offer
