Domino's Shift Manager Role

A challenging opportunity to lead a team of professionals in a fast-paced, high-volume retail food service environment. As a Shift Manager at Domino's, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of a store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Set and implement standard operating procedures and service standards.
  • Manage and motivate staff to achieve agreed brand standards.
  • Recruit, train, and develop staff according to company policies and employment laws.
  • Manage labour costs, overheads, and budgets, and monitor business performance.
  • Ensure effective management of cash and payment systems, and maintain IT and other essential systems.
  • Plan and implement marketing strategies and activities.
  • Manage shop merchandising, layout, and customer traffic flow.
  • Manage daily stock and food deliveries, and maintain health and safety standards.
  • Hold weekly review meetings with staff to review targets and sales performance.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar role in a fast-paced, high-volume retail food service environment.
  • Supervisory and leadership qualities.
  • Desire to progress to an Area Manager role.
  • Right to work documents in the UK.
