Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Furniture Installer to join our team in London. As a Furniture Installer, you will be responsible for installing beautifully designed Hammonds fitted bedrooms, offices, understairs, and lounge furniture. You will work closely with our dedicated team, including our Divisional Installation Manager, National Support and Training Manager, and customer service team, to ensure the success of our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install fitted furniture to the highest standards, ensuring a seamless and stress-free experience for our customers.
  • Work closely with our design team to ensure that all installations meet our high standards.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date with the latest installation techniques and technologies.
  • Contribute to the growth and success of our business by identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing changes as needed.

Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Furniture Installer or in a related field.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physical stamina to lift and move heavy furniture.
  • Valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
