Experienced Upholsterer Required

£33,280 per annum (+ Optional evening & weekend overtime available)

The Talent Branch is seeking a skilled Upholsterer to join their expanding business in East London. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and installing bespoke wall panels and leather flooring for private residences, office and commercial properties, hotels and restaurants.

With a strong focus on quality and attention to detail, the ideal candidate will have at least 5 years' experience of working as an Upholsterer and be capable of creating patterns for furniture and banquette seating, foaming up frames and upholstering all types of furniture and seating.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and create bespoke upholstery projects
  • Work with a variety of materials, including fabrics and leather
  • Collaborate with the design team to bring projects to life
  • Ensure high-quality finishes and attention to detail
  • Contribute to the growth and success of the business

Requirements:

  • 5+ years' experience as an Upholsterer
  • Strong understanding of upholstery techniques and materials
  • Excellent attention to detail and quality control
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
