Role Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Development Manager to join our team, responsible for driving digital growth and delivering connected services that meet the evolving needs of our customers. As an ambassador for the business, you will act as a liaison between internal and external stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and Implement Connected Services Strategy: Align with the overall business goals, identifying opportunities for new connected service offerings and areas of improvement.
  • Market Research and Competitive Analysis: Conduct thorough research to stay ahead of the competition, informing product development and service enhancements.
  • Product Requirements and Roadmaps: Define product specifications and roadmaps based on customer needs and market trends, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, software development, and customer service, to deliver connected services.
  • Customer Experience and Satisfaction: Develop initiatives to enhance customer experience and satisfaction through connected services, monitoring and analyzing customer feedback and usage data.
  • Product Optimisation Software: Define software requirements and roadmaps, leading the development and enhancement of product optimisation software to improve efficiency and performance.

Requirements

  • Strong Understanding of Heat Pump Systems and HVAC Industry Standards
  • In-Depth Knowledge of IoT Technologies and Connected Services
  • Familiarity with Software Development Processes and Methodologies
  • Knowledge of Product Optimisation Techniques and Software
  • Excellent Strategic Planning and Project Management Skills
  • Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Abilities
  • Proficient in Data Analysis Tools and Methodologies
  • Effective Communication and Interpersonal Skills
  • Ability to Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams
