Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Development Manager to join our team in the UK. As a key member of our Living Environmental Systems (LES) and Residential Product / Lifecycle Groups (RPG / RLCS) teams, you will be responsible for delivering upon our vision and strategy through the day-to-day operational delivery and management of connected services to drive digital growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement Connected Services Strategy: Align with overall business goals across RLCS / RPG to drive digital growth.
- Market Research and Competitive Analysis: Identify opportunities for new connected service offerings and areas of improvement.
- Product Requirements and Specifications: Define product requirements, specifications, and roadmaps for connected services based on customer needs and market trends.
- Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Work with key stakeholders across RLCS, RPG, PMD Europe, and other relevant teams to develop and deploy connected services.
- Customer Experience and Satisfaction: Develop initiatives to enhance customer experience and satisfaction through connected services.
- Customer Feedback and Usage Data Analysis: Monitor and analyse customer feedback and usage data to continuously improve service offerings.
- Product Optimisation Software Requirements: Define product optimisation software requirements and roadmap based on customer needs and market trends, considering energy companies and third parties products.
- Product Optimisation Software Development: Lead the development and enhancement of product optimisation software to improve the efficiency and performance of heat pump systems.
- Collaboration with PMD Europe: Collaborate with PMD Europe to create innovative solutions that provide real-time analytics and automated optimisation.
- Strong Understanding of Heat Pump Systems and HVAC Industry Standards
- In-Depth Knowledge of IoT Technologies and Connected Services
- Familiarity with Software Development Processes and Methodologies
- Knowledge of Product Optimisation Techniques and Software
- Excellent Strategic Planning and Project Management Skills
- Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Abilities
- Proficient in Data Analysis Tools and Methodologies
- Effective Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Ability to Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams
- Strong Organisational and Multitasking Capabilities
- Customer-Focused with an Ability to Gather and Interpret Customer Feedback
