About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer and Trading Manager to join our team at Sainsbury's. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading the overnight team and ensuring the smooth operation of our store during night shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the overnight team and ensure the store is ready for the working day
  • Manage resources effectively and ensure customers are delighted
  • Develop and implement operational plans to improve store performance
  • Collaborate with other managers to plan shift patterns and activities
  • Conduct thorough handovers to the next Manager at the end of each shift
