About Jobheron
Jobheron is a leading Facilities Management company based in Hook, seeking an experienced Facilities Operative (Security) to join their team on a full-time basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the smooth and efficient running of the building, working closely with the manager to maintain high standards and specifications.
- Conduct regular inspections of entrances, mall interior, streets, car parks, service roads/areas, and public access areas to identify and address any security concerns.
- Liaise with the manager to arrange daily, weekly, and monthly Centre checks, ensuring all Health & Safety checks are carried out as requested.
- Deliver excellent customer service to visitors, tenants, and colleagues, maintaining a proactive and responsive approach to security incidents.
