Bakery Operations Manager

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bakery Operations Manager to join our team at Stateside Foods. As a key member of our bakery department, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our manufacturing processes, ensuring maximum efficiency and productivity.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead and manage a team of production staff, providing guidance and coaching to ensure they meet their performance targets.
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth production and delivery of high-quality products.
- Monitor and control inventory levels, ensuring accurate forecasting and minimizing waste.
- Implement and maintain a culture of safety and quality, adhering to company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and manage budgets, ensuring effective resource allocation and cost control.
- Identify and implement opportunities for growth and expansion, aligning with company objectives.
- Provide regular feedback and coaching to team members, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience in a manufacturing or production environment, with a strong background in team leadership and process improvement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
