About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced PM Shift Supervisor to join our team at Evri's Enfield Depot. As a key member of our Depot Management team, you will be responsible for leading a team of Day Loaders, Sorters, and Drivers in processing parcels delivered from client sites into smaller geographic areas for delivery to the final customer.

As a PM Shift Supervisor, you will work closely with our Day Shift Manager to ensure the smooth running of the day operation. You will be responsible for motivating and managing a diverse workforce, prioritizing tasks, and resolving problems in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of up to 30 direct reports, providing leadership and direction for the shift
  • Develop and train reports to ensure SLA's are hit for the day shift
  • Ensure compliance with all site HSES rules and regulations
  • Process BI and MI reports based on work output of Drivers and Loaders
  • Manage individual project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables
Requirements
  • Management experience of leading and managing a team
  • Ability to work on own initiative in a pressurised environment to tight deadlines
  • Experience of managing teams in a fast-paced logistics environment is a definite advantage
  • PC Literate with a working knowledge of Microsoft office
  • An understanding of Transport regulations
  • Good communicator and able to liaise at all levels
  • Flexible approach to work to meet business requirements
