Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at KHR Recruitment Specialists. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the preparation and presentation of high-quality meals for our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the culinary team in the preparation and presentation of meals
  • Develop and implement new menu ideas and recipes
  • Ensure the highest standards of food safety and hygiene are maintained
  • Manage kitchen inventory and supplies
  • Train and mentor junior staff members
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Chef in a similar environment
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
  • Basic computer literacy and experience with MS Office
