Continuous Improvement Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Continuous Improvement Manager to join our Amazon Transportation Service (ATS) team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in driving process improvements across our middle mile network.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze and assess the overall performance of our middle mile network, including air, sea, and road transportation, as well as sortation centers.
- Develop and implement network improvements for ATS, balancing customer experience and cost considerations.
- Drive the delivery of critical business initiatives, managing project planning, requirements definition, risk management, communication, and implementation.
- Collaborate with senior management teams to ensure global alignment and drive operational excellence.
- Make project decisions, achieve tactical goals, and retain a strategic focus while working with development teams.
As a Process Improvement Manager, you will be at the forefront of making Amazon's logistics better. You will be responsible for improving our processes to deliver great experiences for our customers. Your role will involve identifying areas for enhancement, using data to identify improvement opportunities, and auditing processes. You will also recommend changes and use your project management and stakeholder management skills to implement new processes.
About the TeamAmazon's ATS team plays a central role in our success, using air, sea, and road transport, as well as sortation centers equipped with the latest technology. Our team captures data and uses it to drive decisions. We are a diverse team that values collaboration and innovation.
RequirementsWe are looking for a candidate with a degree in business, supply chain, transportation, economics, or a technical field. Relevant experience in using data to influence business decisions is essential. Fluency in English and an additional European language is required. Strong written and oral communication skills, as well as experience using data and metrics to isolate issues and generate ideas, are also necessary. Intermediate or advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and knowledge in SQL are preferred.
