About the Role

As the Lead Gymnastics Coach, you will oversee a team of gymnastics instructors, ensuring they are well-informed of their responsibilities and equipped with structured lesson plans, all while adhering to the standards set by British Gymnastics.

Your responsibilities will include the preparation of equipment, ensuring compliance with Health and Safety regulations, and reporting any necessary repairs. You will provide guidance and support to students and their families, dedicating time after sessions to address any inquiries they may have. Staying updated on the latest advancements in British Gymnastics is essential for this position.

About You

The ideal candidate will be a certified Gymnastics Coach with a valid British Gymnastics membership and prior experience in a coaching role. Experience in a customer-oriented environment is essential, along with strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent interpersonal skills and the capacity to inspire and motivate others are crucial for success in this role.
