With a specialist qualification in occupational health and experience in delivering an effective occupational service at a strategic level, you will be able to demonstrate commercial and contract management skills. You will also be an experienced leader with excellent people skills, including influencing, persuading, and motivating.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing, leading, and coaching the team to ensure they are successful and achieving required individual and team performance standards. You will also be responsible for recruiting and retaining talent and representing the OH Team in key business, project, and stakeholder meetings.
About You:
You will be a registered Nurse with a specialist qualification in occupational health and on Part 3 of the NMC register. You will have experience in delivering an effective occupational service at a strategic level, including commercial and contract management.
