We are seeking ambitious individuals to join our team in Sheffield. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will work closely with experienced professionals, managing the full recruitment process. This includes sourcing and head-hunting white collar construction professionals, assessing their suitability, arranging interviews, and building relationships with clients.
The primary objective of the role of a Recruitment Consultant is to provide day-to-day candidate control, candidate generation, and identifying exciting business opportunities.
- Fill live jobs with candidates who have been thoroughly vetted and referenced.
- Establish and maintain relationships with clients and candidates.
- Request certificates for candidates and add them to their files.
- Resource and generate candidates using various job boards, networking, headhunting, and social media.
- Ensure all time sheets for your division are submitted on time, accurate, and sent to payroll for processing on a weekly basis.
- Format CVs and create candidate profiles.
- Visit clients to gather information about their live projects.
- Conduct site visits to meet candidates.
