Job Title: Employee Relations and HR People Partner

We're looking for a skilled and enthusiastic People Operations Partner to join our team at GoCardless. As a key member of our People Operations team, you'll play a vital role in shaping the employee journey and ensuring that our team members receive the best possible support.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a talented team and contribute to the growth and success of GoCardless. As a People Operations Partner, you'll be responsible for mentoring and supporting other team members, improving processes, and collaborating with other teams to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Shaping the employee journey by iterating onboarding and offboarding processes and supporting payroll processes
  • Working on complex projects while ensuring that day-to-day operations run smoothly
  • Assisting and mentoring others, providing support and guidance to help them grow
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need at least 3 years of relevant experience in HR, a creative mindset, and a range of experience in all aspects of people operations management, including onboarding, offboarding, payroll, and benefits administration. You'll also need the ability to manipulate, analyse, check, and validate data.
