Job Title: Regional Business Development Manager

Penspen is seeking a highly skilled Regional Business Development Manager to join our team in the UK and Europe. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for driving growth and revenue in the Oil & Gas, Power, and Energy Transition markets.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to grow revenue and expand our service offerings in the European Oil & Gas, Power, and Energy Transition markets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with our sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment with our strategic business plan.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders to ensure Penspen's continued success in the region.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in an Oil & Gas/Power/Energy Transition consultancy/engineering/construction/sector role.
  • Strong understanding of the European Oil & Gas, Power, and Energy Transition markets.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
