Job Title: Regional Business Development Manager

Penspen is seeking a highly skilled Regional Business Development Manager to join our team in the UK and Europe. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for driving growth and expanding our presence in the oil and gas, power, and energy transition markets.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue growth and expand our service offerings.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with key clients and prospects.
  • Collaborate with our sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment with our strategic business plan.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Provide market intelligence and insights to inform our business development activities.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a business development or sales role in the oil and gas, power, or energy transition industry.
  • Strong understanding of the UK and European markets, including key players, trends, and challenges.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
