Person SpecificationThe ideal candidate will have:
- Full GMC Registration
- Ability to travel to and between sites
- Excellent leadership, organisational, communication, professional, and personal skills
- Good personal and interpersonal skills
- Good spoken and written English
- Communication skills should be highly developed
- Experience of teaching doctors-in-training and undergraduates
- Experience as formal taught course faculty, including leading the delivery of courses
- Knowledge of the NHS
- Formal management & leadership qualification and experience
- Experience of leading the development of clinical services
