Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Plastic Surgery Consultant to join our team at Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust. Main Duties

The successful candidate will join our team of 10 consultants in this regional centre for plastic surgery and burns. You will be expected to work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to patients with a range of plastic surgery needs.

Person Specification

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Full GMC Registration
  • Ability to travel to and between sites
  • Excellent leadership, organisational, communication, professional, and personal skills
  • Good personal and interpersonal skills
  • Good spoken and written English
  • Communication skills should be highly developed
  • Experience of teaching doctors-in-training and undergraduates
  • Experience as formal taught course faculty, including leading the delivery of courses
  • Knowledge of the NHS
  • Formal management & leadership qualification and experience
  • Experience of leading the development of clinical services
