Lidl in Deutschland is committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience from our headquarters to the shop floor and everywhere in between.

If you are customer-focused, energetic, and thrive on continuous learning, we have an exciting opportunity for you as a Customer Assistant on a 30-hour contract with a weekly pay starting at £348.

Your responsibilities will be diverse, ranging from working varied shifts with different tasks and colleagues.

As a Customer Assistant, you will be expected to sell alcohol, so you must be 18 years or older to work in our store.

Shift Patterns:

Morning Shift:

Beginning at 5am or 6am, your team will work to restock our award-winning products and prepare our tasty bakery items for opening time, ensuring customers can fully enjoy the Lidl experience.

Middle Shift:

Starting mid-morning or early afternoon, your duties will include maintaining store cleanliness, assisting customers, and managing till queues to enhance the shopping experience.

Late Shift:

Commencing in the afternoon, you will focus on providing exceptional service to customers, restocking shelves, and preparing the store for the next day.

Responsibilities:
