About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Assistant at Lidl in Deutschland. As a key member of our store team, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional customer experience and contributing to the success of our business.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Ensure that the store is well-stocked, clean, and presented to a high standard, adhering to our merchandising principles.
- Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
- Operate the tills efficiently, handling customer transactions and maintaining accurate records.
- Assist with stock counts, inventory management, and other tasks as required.
What We Offer
- A competitive hourly rate, rising to £13.50 after 3 years, plus additional supplements for unsocial hours and overtime.

Requirements
- A can-do attitude, excellent customer service skills, and a willingness to learn and develop.
