About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Manager to join our National Public Sector team at Aon. This is a hybrid role, combining office and home-based working.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Service Delivery: Manage the provision of service to clients, ensuring the highest level of service is delivered in line with agreed client service tools.
  • Business Development: Identify and introduce Aon's products and services to meet client needs, and communicate client business issues and needs to the service team and other parts of Aon.
  • Client Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and grow the revenue and profitability of your client portfolio.
  • Risk Management: Work in accordance with Aon's Risk Management Framework and comply with company policies, including managing risks that may adversely affect the business.
About You

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • Knowledge of the Public Sector Insurance Market: Experience in conducting client insurance tenders and managing large public-sector clients.
  • Strong Insurer Relationships: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with insurers.
  • Commercial Acumen: Understanding of business drivers, market dynamics, competitors, and risks.
  • Effective Communication: Ability to communicate effectively and present to clients and stakeholders.
  • Self-Discipline and Organisation: Self-disciplined, organised, and results-focused.
  • Client Focus: Client-focused with a consultative approach and commitment to excellence in client service.
