**Job Summary**

CV Library is seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for managing large-scale manufacturing projects from initiation to production and program completion.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • **Project Management**: Develop and implement project plans, budgets, and resource allocation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
  • **Manufacturing Process Development**: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement manufacturing processes, including process flows, PFMEA's, and control plans.
  • **Project Monitoring and Reporting**: Track and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks to ensure project targets are met.
  • **Equipment Specification and Installation**: Develop and implement equipment specifications and installation requirements to ensure safe and efficient manufacturing operations.
  • **Supplier Management**: Work with facility teams to establish and manage relationships with suppliers to ensure successful delivery and implementation of projects.
  • **Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to drive design for manufacturability (DFM) and best manufacturing practices.

**Requirements:**

  • **Education**: Bachelor's degree in a relevant manufacturing or engineering field, or equivalent experience.
  • **Experience**: Proven experience in manufacturing engineering, project management, or a related field.
  • **Skills**: Strong knowledge of manufacturing operations, technology development, and facility planning; experience with project management tools and techniques; 3D modeling knowledge using CREO or similar.
