Quality Assurance Role

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at CV Library. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:

  1. Collaborating with the Quality Manager to develop and implement quality assurance processes.
  2. Conducting regular audits to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  3. Investigating and resolving quality-related issues.
  4. Developing and maintaining quality control procedures.
  5. Providing training and guidance to colleagues on quality assurance procedures.
  6. Participating in the development of quality policies and procedures.
  7. Ensuring that all quality-related documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
  8. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. Experience working in a quality assurance role in a manufacturing environment.
  2. Knowledge of quality standards such as ISO 9001.
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
