Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced office administrator to join our team at Quality Service Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our clients and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients
- Assist with general administrative duties, including data entry and document preparation
- Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files
- Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues to ensure seamless workflow
- Contribute to the development and implementation of administrative processes and procedures
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Docs
- High school diploma or equivalent required
